Pazzi Per La Pizza has proudly been serving Melbournians Italian Food since 1999. We are located in the Dining Hall in Melbourne Central Shopping Centre, CBD, and offer an Italian grab-and-go quick-service over lunch and dinner. We offer the best of simple Southern Italian food favourites and use authentic age old Italian recipes with generous Nonna sized portions to keep Melbourne going.

Our dough is cold fermented for at least 72 hours and we use Petra Flour and little yeast to make our slices easily digestable. Our prices are fair, staff are super friendly and dishes are freshly made (even our sauces!) to offer diverse mouth watering flavours from many regions across Italy.
